Xuniverse operates under the ownership of Universal Hub, registered in the United Kingdom. You may see Universal Hub on your billing statements — this is our legal parent entity.

2. Services

We provide custom digital services including:

Explainer video creation
Website development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
Fillable and editable PDFs

All services are tailored based on client input and are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Currency, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are clearly stated during checkout or invoice.

4. Delivery

Final files are delivered via the email address you provide during contact or payment.
Turnaround times are estimated at the time of order and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
We are not liable for delays caused by lack of feedback or incomplete information.

5. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of work.
Revisions do not include major changes that differ from the initial requirements unless otherwise agreed.
Delays in client feedback may result in longer delivery timelines.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

We cannot deliver the service as expected
You are not satisfied after revisions
You cancel before work begins

Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information and content for your project
Respond in a timely manner to feedback and revision requests
Not submit any illegal, offensive, or copyrighted materials without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All final deliverables belong to the client upon full payment.
Xuniverse retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may not resell or repurpose content created by Xuniverse without our consent.

9. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from service use, including missed deadlines due to force majeure, system issues, or third-party platform failures.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
