At Xuniverse, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality creative services including explainer videos, website development, PDF customization, and more. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.


1. Payment Method

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. You may see Universal Hub (our parent company registered in the UK) on your payment statement, while Xuniverse (registered in the USA) provides and fulfills the service.


2. Unlimited Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions on all eligible services to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final result. We will work closely with you to make any reasonable edits necessary to meet your expectations.


3. Full Refund Guarantee

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

  • You are not satisfied after revisions and we are unable to meet your expectations.
  • We are unable to complete the service as promised or within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You cancel the project before work has begun.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days of approval.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We may decline a refund if:

  • The project has been fully delivered and matches the original request/specifications.
  • You approved and accepted the final delivery.
  • The refund request is made after an extended period of inactivity or project closure.
